Refund / Cancellation Policy
To guarantee customer satisfaction, we offer refund for the services within 5 days that for some reasons did not meet our customer’s expectations. You can create a refund request right from your customer account via email . so then we can proceed your refund in same payment account within 5 days .
Example : If you have made booking via UPI payment then you will get refund via UPI only after raise request of refund then our team will be proceed within 5 days .
Refund is a scheme provided by respective sellers directly under this policy in terms of which the option of replacement and/ or refund is offered by the respective sellers to you. All services listed under a particular category may not have the same refunds policy.
The booking must be cancelled within 15 days. After 15 days, in any manner shall not be accepted for booking.
No Refund will be provided after 15 days from Agreement date.
Noted : If you ordered an item and the Email or Phone number provided is incorrect, no refund will be given in this case.
